3. How do you find loads?

We search industry load boards for freight that matches your truck, location, preferred lanes, schedule, rate expectations, and deadhead preferences. We focus on finding opportunities that make sense for your specific operation.

4. Can I choose which loads I take?

Yes. You always have the final say. We present the available opportunity, provide the load details, and you decide whether to accept it.

5. Do you negotiate rates with brokers?

Yes. We handle broker communication and negotiate rates and terms on your behalf, working to secure competitive compensation based on the available load and current market conditions.

6. Do you guarantee high-paying loads?

No. We don’t make unrealistic promises or guarantee specific rates. We work hard to identify profitable, strategically matched opportunities based on current market conditions, available freight, and your operating preferences.

7. How much does dispatch service cost?

Our dispatch service fee is 6% of the gross revenue of the loads we book for you. There are no dispatch fees for loads we don’t book.

8. How does onboarding work?

You’ll provide your carrier or owner-operator information, MC/USDOT details, truck and trailer information, required documents, and load preferences. Once your onboarding is complete and the agreement is signed, we can begin searching for freight.

9. Do I stay in control of my business?

Absolutely. Whether you’re an independent owner-operator or operate a carrier business, you remain in control. You make the final decision on every load, while we provide dispatch support to help keep your operation moving.
